Walking Meditation, who says it's going to be boring?

Often, as we start a walking meditation, we could be tempted to 'check out' and find the zombie walk taking us through the motion...Waiting for the next instruction... Or we could be very present in the walk, in our feet as they touch the ground, in our bodies as they adjust to the moves of our legs, to our energy, the space around us .... Who said it was going to be boring... Who knows, we might even have a full wave going on with lots and lots of creative steps... ENJOY!
